The Workers Policy Project leads campaigns to improve our workplaces. We’re building relationships with communities and across the trade union movement, because only by working together can we improve people’s lives.
We directly involve people who face workplace problems everyday - young adults and those in insecure jobs, domestic staff, hospitality employees, and others across different sectors
We partner with unions, and also with organisations who are in communities where insecure work is common, and we commission research. Then we take all of this into Parliament, working with MPs and Lords to campaign for conditions and pay that make a real difference
Too many workers face sexual harassment at work, especially those in insecure jobs who can't easily report it. Many employers only act after something bad happens, rather than preventing it in the first place. We want new laws that make all employers take steps to stop harassment before it starts, just like they have to prevent other workplace dangers.
Together we are a force to challenge corporate power and improve the lives of all those in our communities.
